Woo, work in progress. I feel kind of bad because I haven't worked on the twelve22 drawstring lunch bag at all, and I really wanted to. But I did find another reference online for a similar bag on the cover of this book; I didn't purchase it, but the additional pictures/inspiration will be helpful, I'm sure. I guess I got a bit caught up with Illustration Friday this week. So the bag's still in my WIP pile. But being the sneak that I am, I added the fabric and the vintage ribbon that I plan to use on the bag into the shot...you know, to show my progress with my choice of materials. Erm, yes. Moving on.
The other knitted "pile" in the picture hasn't been touched since the beginning of this week. It's going to be a cute and cuddly animal as soon as I put aside some time to knit the face piece and assemble the thing. I've also been working on something else (there's no sewing/knitting/crocheting involved). But that's for another day.
